What's the Account Management module? What can I do with this module?
Everything starts with the
Account Management module. The bizAdvantage Account Management module allows for creating family accounts, adding children and parent information, defining enrolment profiles, and keeping track of your customer�s entire relationship history. This information is critical as it forms the basis for other bizAdvantage modules to work with. Dependencies exist between the Account Management module and the other bizAdvantage modules. For instance, adding a child in a family account using the Account Management module creates a child portfolio in the portfolio module; charges generated by the Financials module adjusts the outstanding balance stored in the account.
