What's a family account? How do I create a new family account?

A family account represents a family. A family consists of parents/guardians and children. As shown below, parent/guardian information includes name, address, telephone numbers and an email address. Children information includes name, birth date, age, and an enrolment profile once assigned. Click here to learn more about enrolment profiles.



To create a new family account, please follow these steps:
  1. From bizAdvantage Home, click the Create a new family account link.
  2. Follow any instructions that come up during the account registration and complete forms as necessary. Click here for help in completing the Account Registration form.
  3. Once the account is created, a letter of introduction is automatically generated as part of the process. Please give this letter to the parent. The letter includes a unique Link ID, and instructions to help parents use the Link ID to access your online services.
