An old customer returned and decided to use my services again, but I already disabled their account. What should I do?

If a family rejoins the center, you might want to just reactivate their account instead of creating a new family account. By reactivating the old account, historical information, enrolment history and personal information are retained and continued. To reactivate an old disabled account, click here for instructions. In addition, you should also generate and give a Link ID to the parent so that he/she can access your online services again. For instructions on how to generate another Link ID, click here.
