The steps involved to create and share a child's online portfolio to a parent are generally the following:

If the parent has an account already under your bizAdvantage services, please proceed to step 2. Otherwise, please create a family account for them in bizAdvantage. If you've already shared your online services to the parent, please proceed to step 3. Otherwise, you will need to generate and give a Link ID to the parent to share your online services, including their child's online portfolio. Sharing your online services give parents access to their child's online portfolio. The child's portfolio will be empty in the beginning. Therefore, the next step is to populate the portfolio with artifacts such as pictures, lesson plans and videos to make it truly valuable and useful to parents. By constantly updating and populating the children's portfolio with artifacts, you ensure that parents recognize you for your quality and value-added services as you help them get more involved in their child's early years.
