There are children listed under the No Program section? What does this mean?

In the Children page, the No Program section lists all children in active accounts that are not in a program as of today. In general, children who are in active accounts under this section are assigned a program but will start at a future date. When these children start, they will be moved from the No Program section to the Default Room section.

In addition, all children in disabled accounts will be listed under the No Program section if the Show disabled accounts checkbox is selected/checked and the date is set to today. This feature is used to quickly check details, including enrolment profile histories, of children who already left or graduated from your program or services.
