I withdrew the child from the account, and I still cannot disable the account. Why and what should I do?

Please ensure that you disable the account one day after the withdrawal date of the child from the program. A child is only officially withdrawn from a program one day after the withdrawal date. For instance, if the withdrawal date of the child is on February 15, 2008, you can only disable the account on February 16, 2008 and after.
