How do I update my account profile?
To update your account profile, sign in to go to your
My Account page. Then click the
Update my account profile link under the
Account Management section. Information you can update in your account profile includes the following:
- First Name, Last Name
- Gender
- Country and Postal Code
- Birthday for your password reset option
- Question and secret answer for your password reset option
Click the
Continue button once you've made your necessary changes. Otherwise, click the
Cancel button to cancel the update process.
