I'm in the Enter History page. What can I do from here?

This page is useful to providers who are already providing children's services in their neighborhood, and have customers with outstanding amounts owing (or credit) to them prior to using bizAdvantage. This feature allows providers to enter opening balances or amounts for each of their customer accounts, and serves as a quick way to migrate all of their existing customers' financial information to bizAdvantage from one convenient location or page.

Instructions:

1. For each account, enter the opening balance amount using the boxes under the Opening Balance column. You can also access the account's Account Details page by clicking the account's account number link.
2. Click the Save button to save the opening balances you have entered. Once saved, each account will have an initial opening balance equal to the amount entered here. If you don't want to save, however, click the Cancel button. You can choose to edit the opening balances at a later time as long as you have not chosen to close history. See next item.
3. As shown below, click on the Close history link under the Financials section of bizAdvantage Home to close the history. When you choose to close history, the opening amounts cannot be edited anymore. To modify account balances, manual adjustments are required.
