How do I retrieve my account statement for a specific period or date range?

From the Account Statement page, click the Change dates link. This will take you to the View My Account Statement page which allows you to retrieve your account statement with transaction details for a specific period or date range. The default period it uses is this month.

Instructions:
  1. Use the From and To drop down boxes to set a specific period or date range for the query. The date range cannot be a future date. Alternatively, you can click on the preset date links to automatically set the date range as shown below. Available preset dates are: This week, This month, This year, Last week, Last month, and Last year.
  2. Click the Retrieve button to retrieve the account statement with all transaction details for the specific period or date range you set. Click the Cancel button if you want to cancel the retrieval process.
