I'm getting the error "The valid map address field is required" when registering a provider profile. What should I do?
There may be several reasons why you are getting the invalid address error. The following are possible reasons and its resolution:
- Incorrect Spelling. Please ensure that the address you entered in the Street 1*, City/Town*, State/Province*, and Zip/Postal Code* fields have the correct spelling. Also, please ensure that the zip / postal code and country is the correct one for the address. Otherwise, the system will not be able to find your business on the map and the error will occur.
- New Address or Area. The area where your business is located is so new that it cannot be found on various map databases. If this is the case, we suggest you enter the closest major intersection as the address.
- Dissolved City Name. In some cases, two or more cities merge forming a megacity, and the old city name is dissolved and discontinued. Please use the new city name.
