What are Alerts? How do I subscribe to specific Alerts?
Alerts generate notifications/messages that are either sent to your Parent Relief Inbox or directly to your email address.
Its purpose is to inform you or remind you of specific events. Examples of events can be a birthday, a new Parent Relief
feature that was released, or a scheduled system maintenance window.
There are specific alerts that you are automatically subscribed to as part of your Parent Relief membership.
These are called System Alerts. There is no option to unsubscribe from system alerts as they are important notifications
that you should be aware of. Click

On the other hand, there are also alerts that you can choose to subscribe to. These optional alerts contain useful information and we encourage you to subscribe to them. For instance, if you would like to receive any new tips or strategies posted in our website, you can subscribe to that specific alert.
To subscribe to a specific alert, please follow these steps:
- Click the Subscribe link located on the left hand side of your My Account page as shown below. This will take you to the Manage Alert Subscriptions page.

- From the Manage Alert Subscriptions page, you can select the alerts you want to subscribe to by clicking the alert's checkbox as shown below.

- After subscribing to the alerts, click the Save button to save the changes. Otherwise, click the Cancel button.
