I don't want to receive messages from a specific alert anymore. How do I unsubscribe from the alert?
To unsubscribe from a specific alert, please follow these steps:
- click the Subscribe link located on the left hand side of your My Account page as shown below. This will take you to the Manage Alert Subscriptions page.
- From this page, you can deselect the alert you want to unsubscribe from by clicking its checkbox. A checkbox without any checkmark indicates your are not subscribed to the alert.
- After unsubscribing from the alert, click the Save button to save the changes. Otherwise, click the Cancel button.
