I lost the verification email to validate my account. What should I do? Can I have it resent?

You can request to have your verification email resent to your email address (or account). Please follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Parent Relief sign in page.
  2. Enter your email address in the Email text box. Enter your password in the Password text box.
  3. Click the Sign in button. Since your email is not validated, you should get a message indicating that your account has not been activated as shown below.



  4. In this message, click the Click here to resend your verification email link. This should bring you to the Resend Verification Email page.
  5. In the Resend Verification Email page, enter your email address in the Email* text box.
  6. Once entered, click the Continue button. You should be receiving your verification email momentarily. Please follow all instructions specified in the verification email to validate your Parent Relief account.
