I lost the verification email to validate my account. What should I do? Can I have it resent?
You can request to have your verification email resent to your email address (or account). Please follow these steps:
- Go to the Parent Relief sign in page.
- Enter your email address in the Email text box. Enter your password in the Password text box.
- Click the Sign in button. Since your email is not validated, you should get a message indicating that your account has not been activated as shown below.

- In this message, click the Click here to resend your verification email link. This should bring you to the Resend Verification Email page.
- In the Resend Verification Email page, enter your email address in the Email* text box.
- Once entered, click the Continue button. You should be receiving your verification email momentarily. Please follow all instructions specified in the verification email to validate your Parent Relief account.
