I can't close my Parent Relief account. Why? What should I do?

You can't close your Parent Relief account if:
  1. Your account has an oustanding balance owing to us. Be sure that all your fees are paid and your account balance is zero.
  2. Your account has an oustanding credit balance that Parent Relief owes you. Please contact us and request a refund. Your balance must be zero before you can close the account.
