I'm getting the error "If you do not see a map below, we were unable to load this page properly" when registering a provider profile. What should I do?

If you do not see a map during the provider profile registration, it is most likely you are using a version of the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Please refresh/reload the Register New Provider page and follow the following resolution:
  • With Internet Explorer 8, you will be prompted with the following message during your provider profile registration (shown below): Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely? Please ensure you select No so that Parent Relief can do a proper search of your address.



  • With Internet Explorer 7 and below, you will be prompted with the following message during your provider profile registration (shown below): This page contains both secure and non-secure items. Do you want to display the non-secure items? Please ensure you select Yes so that Parent Relief can do a proper search of your address.
