How do I add a recurring charge profile?

To add a recurring charge profile, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Account Detail page of the family account you would like to add a recurring charge profile. If you need instructions on how to get to the Account Detail page of a parent account, please refer to the following Help: How do I manage or bring up active accounts and update account information such as address and telephone number?
  2. Click on the Manage recurring transactions link under the Financials section. This will bring you to the Account Transactions page, where you can manage the account's transactions, including recurring transaction profiles.
  3. Click on the Add a recurring charge link under the Tools section as shown below. This will take you to the Recurring Charge page, where you can enter the profile's schedule, amount, description and end date.



  4. Enter all the required profile information and click the Continue button to complete creating the recurring charge profile.
