How do I update my schedule?
Please follow these steps to update your schedule:
- Sign in to go to your My Account page.
- Under the My Business section, go to the provider profile you want to perform a schedule update.
- In the Widgets section, click the edit link of the Schedule widget. This will take you to the Schedule / Hours of Operation page.
- Using your mouse, go to the exact day (e.g. Monday) and time (e.g. 9:00AM) cell.
- Once your mouse is over the cell, a checkbox will appear as shown below. Click the checkbox to check and include the specific day and time as part of your schedule. Click the checkbox again to uncheck and exclude the specific day and time from your schedule.

- Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you complete setting up your entire schedule.
Alternatively, you can click the checkbox for the specific day to automatically mark and include specific times for that day. For instance, clicking the
Mon checkbox will mark and include specific times for Monday as shown below. This is meant to make setting the schedule easier and faster for you.
