What are the Categories and Additional Information used for?
While creating or updating your provider (or business) profile, we'll ask you what categories and additional information are applicable to your services. Categories (e.g. Home Daycare, Nanny, Babysitter) and additional information (e.g. Special Needs) are used to describe your children's services business and are important to any parent that is searching for a provider. Categories and additional information must be accurate and reliable so that your services show up appropriately in search results - that is, the information related to your categories and additional information will be used to determine if your services should be included in a search result requested by a parent (your potential customer).
