I won't be able to answer the call and validate the phone number right now. What can I do?
If you won't be able to answer the call and validate the phone number right now, click the
Call Later button to validate the phone number at a later time. This will bring you back to your
My Account page.
Once you're ready to validate the phone number, please follow these steps:
- The provider profile whose phone number you decided to call later will have a note (highlighted in red) indicating an unverified phone number. Click on this note to start the telephone validation process. A 4-digit validation code is then given and shown.
- Click the Call Now button to proceed with the validation process
- The system will call the telephone number. Please answer the telephone to connect with our validation system.
- Enter the 4-digit validation code given to you in step 1 either by using the touch-tone keypad, or by saying/reading out the validation code over the telephone. If successful, you should hear a confirmation message telling you that the phone number is now validated. Please note that for VoIP or rotary telephones, you must say or read out the digits before our validation system can recognize the digits.
- Click the Continue button to complete the process. Click the continue button again to go back to your My Account page.
