I received and answered the call. What's next?

Once you received and answered the call, please follow these steps to complete the phone validation process:
  1. Enter the 4-digit validation code that Parent Relief displays on your screen during the phone validation process by using your phone keypad or saying/reading out the digits. Once entered and successful, you should hear a confirmation message telling you that the phone number is now validated.
  2. Click the Continue button to complete the validation process. Click the Continue button again to go back to your My Account page.
