My children's services business is not showing up in Parent Relief's Online Directory. What should I do?

Listings do not show up in our online directory if the listing's display status is disabled.

Please verify your provider profile's listing display status. To do this, please follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to go to your My Account page.
  2. Under the My Business section, check the Listing Display Status of your provider profile as shown below. If it is set as Disabled, click the enable link to publish your service in our online directory.



  3. Go to www.parentrelief.com and use the search to verify if your service or business shows up now in our online directory. To use the search, type your service or business name in the Help me find: box and type the location of your business in the in box.
  4. Click the Search Directory button to start the search process. If your service or business shows up in the search results, then you have successfully published your listing in our online directory.
